How many guests can the home accommodate?

450 Burma sleeps up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms with king beds and bunk beds. We have 5.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, and plenty of space for large families and groups.

How far is the house from Disney World?

Walt Disney World is approximately 15 minutes by car from 450 Burma. Universal Studios is about 25 minutes, and SeaWorld is about 20 minutes away.

Is the pool heated?

Yes! Our private pool is heated, so you can swim comfortably year-round. The hot tub is also available for relaxing after a day at the parks.

Is the home inside a gated community?

Yes. 450 Burma is located inside the Encore at Reunion West gated resort community. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and designed specifically for vacation rentals.

Are the bedrooms themed?

Yes! We have five uniquely themed bedrooms: Star Wars (with a stunning LED star ceiling), Harry Potter, Frozen, Magic Kingdom, and Mickey Mouse. The sixth bedroom is the luxurious Master Suite with an adjustable split king bed. Kids and adults love the immersive theming!

What bed types do you have?

We have a variety of bed configurations: 4 king beds (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Master Suite, and one additional bedroom), 2 twin beds in the Frozen room, 2 twin beds in the Magic Kingdom room, and a bunk bed with king on bottom and twin XL on top in the Mickey Mouse room. All beds feature premium mattresses and luxury bedding.

Do you have a Tesla or EV charger?

Yes! We have a 50-amp Tesla EV charger on-site that works with Tesla vehicles and can charge most other EVs with the appropriate adapter. Charge your car overnight at no extra cost.

What is check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking schedule – just ask us!

How do I check in?

We use keyless smart locks for easy self check-in. You will receive a unique access code before your arrival – no need to meet anyone or pick up keys. We also send a detailed house guide with WiFi info, appliance instructions, and local recommendations.

Is the home kid-friendly?

Absolutely! Our themed bedrooms are designed with families in mind. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available for babies and toddlers. The game room has activities for all ages, and the private pool area is great for family fun. The backyard also has a playground with a swing set.

What is in the game room?

The game room is packed with entertainment: a Pac-Man arcade cabinet with 1,300+ classic games, an air hockey table, ping pong table, foosball table, and premium cornhole boards. We also have a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch OLED with games for all ages.

Are pets allowed?

No, 450 Burma is a pet-free home. This policy helps us maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for all guests, including those with pet allergies.

Is there parking?

Yes! We offer free parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway. The home can accommodate several cars, including larger SUVs and minivans. The Tesla EV charger is also conveniently located in the driveway.

Can I do laundry at the house?

Yes. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home, so you can pack light and do laundry during your stay. We provide starter supplies of detergent, dryer sheets, and fabric softener.

Is there WiFi?

Yes. We have AT&T High-Speed Fiber internet (1 Gbps) with a Wi-Fi 7 Mesh network available throughout the entire home, including the patio area. There is also a backup 5G connection for uninterrupted connectivity. Stream, work, or game without any issues.

What smart home features does the house have?

450 Burma is equipped with modern smart home technology including keyless smart lock entry, smart thermostats, smart lighting controls, and USB-C outlets throughout the home. The home also features energy-efficient LED lighting and a smart water irrigation system.

What is the outdoor patio like?

The outdoor area features a custom pergola with dual premium outdoor fans, a luxury weather-resistant outdoor sectional and dining set, patio string lights, professional landscape lighting, a 65-inch outdoor QLED 4K TV, pool radio with SiriusXM and Bluetooth, and a grill with free propane.

Is there an outdoor TV?

Yes! There is a 65-inch outdoor QLED 4K TV under the pergola, perfect for watching movies by the pool. We also have an outdoor pool radio with SiriusXM and Bluetooth for music.

What are the beds and bedrooms like?

All six bedrooms have premium mattresses and pillows with luxury high-quality bedding. Every room has blackout curtains and blackout shades for total darkness and sound machines to help you sleep. The Star Wars room features a unique LED star ceiling. The Master Suite has an adjustable split king bed.

What kitchen amenities are available?

The kitchen has granite counters and premium appliances, an air fryer, a premium coffee setup with fully automatic espresso machine and Keurig, a crockpot, and all cookware and utensils. Publix and Walmart are under 5 minutes away.

Is there a grill?

Yes! We have a propane grill in the backyard patio area, and we provide the propane at no extra cost. Perfect for cookouts and family dinners by the pool.

Do you provide towels and linens?

Yes! We provide all towels (bath, hand, washcloths), bed linens, and pool towels. We also provide starter supplies of toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies.

Where is the nearest grocery store?

Publix and Walmart Supercenter are both less than 5 minutes away by car. There are also numerous restaurants and fast food options nearby.

Can I access Encore Resort amenities?

No. While 450 Burma is in the Encore at Reunion West gated community, guests do not have access to Encore Resort amenities (water park, gym, restaurants). However, our home has its own private pool, hot tub, game room, and extensive amenities.

Is there a minimum stay?

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 minutes by car. You can rent a car, use Uber/Lyft, or arrange a private shuttle. We recommend having a car for visiting parks and attractions.
