We built this property — from the LED star ceiling in the Star Wars bedroom to the 50-amp Tesla charger in the garage — as the Disney-area rental we’d want to stay in ourselves, with our own families.
Our Story
We’re a small family who love hosting guests. Every design choice at 450 Burma — the themed bedrooms (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Frozen, Magic Kingdom, Mickey Mouse), the Pac-Man arcade cabinet in the game room, the blackout curtains and sound machines in every bedroom, the adjustable split king in the Master Suite — comes from the same question: what would make this vacation feel magical for OUR kids?
The answer is a home that’s not just a place to sleep between park days, but a destination in itself — a backyard pool that’s heated year-round, a hot tub under the Florida stars, Wi-Fi fast enough for teens to stream and parents to take a remote meeting, a kitchen that can feed 12 people without anyone tripping over each other, and a ground-floor bedroom for grandparents who’d rather skip the stairs at midnight.
