450 Burma is a family-owned luxury vacation home in the gated Encore at Reunion West community in Kissimmee, Florida, just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. We built this property — from the LED star ceiling in the Star Wars bedroom to the 50-amp Tesla charger in the garage — as the Disney-area rental we’d want to stay in ourselves, with our own families.

Our Story

We’re a small family who love hosting guests. Every design choice at 450 Burma — the themed bedrooms (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Frozen, Magic Kingdom, Mickey Mouse), the Pac-Man arcade cabinet in the game room, the blackout curtains and sound machines in every bedroom, the adjustable split king in the Master Suite — comes from the same question: what would make this vacation feel magical for OUR kids?
