The Essentials
- No pets — we are a strictly pet-free home (great for allergy-sensitive guests)
- No parties or events — this is a residential, family community
- No smoking or vaping indoors or anywhere on the property
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, per resort rules
- Maximum occupancy: 16 guests
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM (early check-in available on request)
- Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available on request)
- Keyless smart-lock entry — your code is sent before arrival
- Gated community: guest access details provided after booking
Security & Privacy
For everyone’s security, exterior-only cameras cover the driveway and entry gates. There are zero cameras in the backyard, pool area, or anywhere inside the home. Your privacy is fully protected.
Booking & Florida STR Compliance
- Government-issued ID verification is required at booking, per Florida short-term-rental law
- A refundable security deposit or damage protection applies
- Licensed and insured; managed 24/7 by Orange Vacation Homes
- Osceola County / Florida DBPR short-term-rental licensed
