This guide will explain exactly what is and is not included when you stay at 450 Burma Road, what is nearby, and why our property is designed so that you genuinely do not need resort amenities to have an incredible vacation.

Important Distinction: Encore at Reunion West vs. Encore Resort

This is the most important thing to understand before booking. 450 Burma Road is located in Encore at Reunion West, which is a gated vacation rental community. It is not the same as Encore Resort (encorereunion.com), which is a separate resort property with its own amenities like a water park, fitness center, and restaurants.

Guests staying at 450 Burma Road do not have access to Encore Resort amenities. We want to be completely upfront about this because we have seen other listings in the area that blur this distinction, and we do not think that is fair to guests. You deserve to know exactly what you are booking.

What Encore at Reunion West does offer is a secure, gated community with quiet residential streets, well-maintained grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for families who want a relaxing home base for their Orlando vacation.

What IS Included with Your Stay at 450 Burma

While you will not have access to external resort amenities, 450 Burma Road was specifically designed and equipped to be a self-contained vacation destination. Here is what is included with every stay.

Gated community access. Encore at Reunion West is a gated community, providing an extra layer of security and privacy for your family. The neighborhood features well-maintained landscaping, quiet streets, and a peaceful environment that feels removed from the tourist bustle just minutes away.

Private heated pool and hot tub. You do not need a resort water park when you have your own private heated pool and hot tub right outside your back door. No crowds, no time restrictions, no towel reservations. Just your family, warm water, and the Florida sunshine.
