Short-notice availability at a large vacation home usually appears in a few predictable ways: a gap of several nights between two existing bookings, a cancellation, or a quieter week in value season when fewer families are traveling. Gaps between bookings are often the best opportunity, because those nights would otherwise go unused. If you see a few open nights on the availability calendar that almost fit your plans, contact us anyway — we may be able to work with you.
Our standard minimum stay is 4 nights, and 3-night stays may be possible with approval (call Orange Vacation Homes at 407.552.5313). If an open gap is shorter than that, ask us; we will let you know what is possible for those specific dates.

What if the open dates are fewer than 4 nights?
Our standard minimum is 4 nights (3 nights may be approved — call Orange Vacation Homes at 407.552.5313), but gaps between bookings are sometimes shorter. Ask us; we will let you know whether a shorter stay can work for those dates.
Will the home be fully ready if I book today?
Yes. The home is professionally cleaned and prepared between every stay, with linens, towels, and starter supplies provided. Your smart-lock code and house guide are sent before arrival.
