Encore at Reunion West is a gated, family-friendly vacation-rental community located just off US-27 in Kissimmee. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and purpose-built for short-term rental guests — you’ll find well-maintained streets, manicured landscaping, and a relaxed resort atmosphere throughout the community. It’s a popular choice for families visiting the Orlando theme parks who want a full private home rather than a cramped hotel room.

Important note: While our home is situated within the broader Encore Resort area, 450 Burma St is a privately owned vacation home. Guests of privately owned homes like ours do not have access to the Encore Resort amenities (water park, clubhouse, etc.). Driving Directions from Orlando Airport (MCO)

Getting to 450 Burma St from Orlando International Airport is straightforward. There are two main routes depending on whether you prefer speed or avoiding tolls:

• Route 1 — FL-417 Toll Road (fastest, ~30 min): Take FL-417 South (Central Florida GreeneWay) to I-4 West, then exit onto US-27 South toward Kissimmee. The tolls are approximately $3–5 and the route is well-marked and low-traffic outside of rush hour.
• Route 2 — I-4 West Free Route (~35 min): Take FL-528 West to I-4 West, then continue to US-27 South. This route avoids all tolls but may take slightly longer, especially during peak hours near the Disney interchange.
