450 Burma is a family-owned luxury vacation home in the gated Encore at Reunion West community in Kissimmee, Florida — just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. We built this home with one goal: to create the kind of Disney-area vacation rental we’d want to stay in ourselves, with our own families.

Every detail — from the LED star ceiling in the Star Wars bedroom to the Tesla EV charger in the garage, from the 1 Gbps fiber Wi-Fi 7 network to the Pac-Man arcade cabinet with 1,300+ classic games — was chosen because we believe families deserve more than a generic hotel room on their most important vacation.
